Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

  15 - 20 sales agents

  to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure effective utilization of the

  dialer system

  and optimize productivity.
• Track key sales metrics and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
• Handle escalations and work towards effective resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  2- 4 years of experience

  in sales, with at least

  1 year in a Team Lead.

• Must have

  experience working with dialers

  (predictive, auto, manual).

• Proven track record of handling 1520 sales executives in a target-driven environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use sales data effectively.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
• Comfortable working in a

  6-day work culture

  .
