Team Leader – Inside Sales (Financial Assistance Industry)

Reflective Customer Solutions (RCS) partners with Licensed Insolvency Trustees across Canada, providing sales and back-office support for federally regulated debt relief programs. We help Canadians in financial distress find legal, government-approved solutions through our outbound and inbound sales teams.

Team Leader – Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor daily activity (calls, leads, conversions) and enforce discipline in sales processes.
Coach team members through role plays, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
Manage CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data entry, follow-ups, and compliance.
Handle escalated client interactions with confidence and professionalism.
Build a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment.
Contribute to hiring, training, and development of sales counsellors.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in BPO, international process, or financial services.
Prior
team leader/supervisory experience
with a sales team is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire.
Excellent spoken English (neutral accent).
Hands-on with CRM systems, Excel, and data tracking.
Ability to manage pressure, handle objections, and drive consistent results.
Willingness to work a permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
Graduate degree or higher.
