Team Leader – Inside Sales (Financial Assistance Industry) Location: Thane, Mumbai Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Fixed, Canada overlap) Employment: Full-time, Permanent Reflective Customer Solutions (RCS) partners with Licensed Insolvency Trustees across Canada, providing sales and back-office support for federally regulated debt relief programs. We help Canadians in financial distress find legal, government-approved solutions through our outbound and inbound sales teams. We are seeking a Team Leader – Inside Sales who can drive performance, motivate counsellors, and ensure sales excellence. This role is suited for someone who not only understands sales but also knows how to bring out the best in people. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to meet and exceed targets. Monitor daily activity (calls, leads, conversions) and enforce discipline in sales processes. Coach team members through role plays, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management. Manage CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data entry, follow-ups, and compliance. Handle escalated client interactions with confidence and professionalism. Build a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment. Contribute to hiring, training, and development of sales counsellors. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in BPO, international process, or financial services. Prior team leader/supervisory experience with a sales team is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire. Excellent spoken English (neutral accent). Hands-on with CRM systems, Excel, and data tracking. Ability to manage pressure, handle objections, and drive consistent results. Willingness to work a permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST). This is not cold calling, our leads come from inbound sources such as social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to clients who submit an inquiry on our website. Understand debtor needs and explain the Federally Regulated Program. Build trust through clear, transparent communication. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up consistently. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth application processing. Contribute to sales strategies and team growth initiatives. Requirements Proven sales or collections experience preferred (BPO, financial services, or international voice process). Strong spoken English with a neutral accent. Active listening and ability to handle objections. Resilience under pressure and ability to manage emotions. Excellent phone presence and presentation skills.
