Reflective Customer Solutions (RCS) is a specialized outsourcing partner supporting Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) across Canada. We handle back-office operations, Sales, Marketing and client support for federally regulated debt relief programs. Our work directly impacts Canadians struggling with financial distress, helping them legally reduce debt through government-approved solutions.

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Client Counsellors

• Call and speak to clients who reach us through website inquiries.
• Listen carefully to their financial concerns and explain available programs.
• Build trust with honest, simple, and clear communication.
• Guide clients step by step through the first stage of their journey.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Keep CRM records updated and follow up on time.
• Work with internal administrators to ensure smooth application processing.

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.
• Strong spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
• Previous sales, BPO, or customer support experience is a plus
• Confidence to handle objections and keep conversations positive
• Residing in or near Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby suburbs.
• Ready to work a 

  permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
