Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target.
Ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal for channel partners.
Develop, enhance, and implement comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales.
Aggressively drive sales planning, forecasting, and sales & customer service management.
Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
Monitor competitor trends and benchmark against competitors to balance competing priorities and fulfill all customer expectations (e.g., keeping abreast of competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.).
Scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, and prepare and implement growth plans.
Deliver targeted top line as per the project's business plan by meeting sales targets.
Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners.
Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
Regularly analyze sales trends and develop sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
Propose and implement sales promotion activities for the project.
Participate in negotiations and bring deals to closure.
Deliver a positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
Manage extensive client and channel relation exercises, liaising deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
Remain constantly updated with the real estate market and gather market intelligence.
