Role : Team Lead Recruitment

Location : Gurgaon and Hyderabad

Must have Contract staffing experience with strong Technology


As an IT Team Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and leading a team of IT professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the recruitment and staffing of IT contractors, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients with high-quality talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT contract staffing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions.
  • Contract Staffing and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent for contract positions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to contract staffing.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality staffing services.
  • Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT staffing.
  • Compliance and Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contract staffing.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including contract negotiations and onboarding.


  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with at two xyears in a Team role, specifically in contract staffing.
  • Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
