Team Leader Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters for end-to-end recruitment.
• Strategize and execute hiring plans for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for mid to senior-level roles.
• Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and provide hiring solutions.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage performance metrics, trackers, and dashboards for the recruitment team.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their recruitment capabilities.
• Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and internal databases for sourcing.

Requirements:

• 58 years of total experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role.
• Strong exposure to

  both IT and Non-IT hiring

  across various sectors.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client handling skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Management, or related field.
