Role Overview

Team Lead – Recruitment

bridge between AMS and Cencora

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of

    7 Recruiters, 3 Sourcers, and 4 Admins

    .
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, coach team members, and drive performance.
  • Ensure process adherence, compliance, and SLA governance.
  • Review team performance metrics and guide the team with actionable feedback.

Recruitment & Operations

  • Handle large volumes of hiring (approx.

    200–500 open positions

    ).
  • Oversee hiring for roles such as

    Salesforce, Data Engineer, Software Engineer, IT roles, Non-IT roles

    , and high-volume positions.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline—escalate risks on time, ensure timely closures, and maintain delivery timelines.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and team motivation initiatives.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client leadership teams.
  • Manage expectations, provide data-driven insights, and maintain trust and transparency.
  • Handle escalations, resolve challenges proactively, and communicate with confidence.

Reporting & Data Excellence

  • Create and interpret recruitment dashboards, productivity reports, and SLA/ KPI summaries.
  • Use data to drive decisions, forecast hiring pipeline needs, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Present weekly & monthly performance updates to internal and client leadership teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–16 years of strong recruitment experience with exposure to

    RPO setups

    .
  • Has previously mentored teams and can be groomed into or already operates as a

    Team Lead

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    IT & Non-IT recruitment

    .
  • Experience handling

    high-volume hiring

    across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent communication skills—confident, articulate, and business-oriented.
  • Strong in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and recruitment operations.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenges, manage execution, and ensure high delivery quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management—comfortable interacting with global leaders.
  • Operationally strong with excellent process adherence discipline.
