Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance work environment. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring seamless service delivery. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, ensuring recruitment KPIs and targets are consistently met. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and provide continuous guidance to enhance the skills of junior recruiters. Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows, improve efficiency, and resolve any escalated issues. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide timely reports to clients and management.
