Team Lead - Recruitment

Role Overview: Join AMS, a global leader in talent outsourcing and consulting, as a Team Leader where you will partner with senior stakeholders to influence recruitment requirements and strategies. Your role involves providing line management and leadership for a team of 4-5 Recruiters to drive value for the client and AMS. Key Responsibilities: - Support recruiters to meet targets and act as a point of escalation during challenges. - Provide oversight of requisitions to maintain quality and experience. - Mentor recruiters, deliver recruitment services, and build hiring manager relationships. - Offer pastoral care, training guidance, and support career paths for team members. - Maintain regular communication through 1:1s and team collaboration sessions. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrate experience in recruitment delivery aligned with contractual obligations. - Manage the offer process, close candidates, and handle objections/negotiations. - Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers/stakeholders. - Act as a custodian of excellent candidate experience for internal and external stakeholders.
