Roles and Responsibilities

Manage bulk hiring campaigns for non-IT recruitment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted sourcing plans.
Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and optimize processes for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in team handling, bulk hiring, or non-IT recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
