Job Description

Hi,

We are hiring for the ITES Company for the Record to Report (R2R) Process Expert.

Overview:

Record to Report (R2R) Process Expert

Key Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Record to Report.
Knowledge of Oracle (Finance modules)
Manage and supervise activities such as journal postings, GL/SL & Balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and reporting.
Graduates in B. Com (Mandatory) / M.com /CA-Inter / CMA Inter.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Allocate daily work and supervise the R2R team activities.
Manage and review
Journal Entries, GL/SL, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
.
Handle
Helpdesk activities
and resolve accounting queries by coordinating with customers and stakeholders.
Perform general accounting activities ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records.
Drive
Month-End Close (MEC)
activities and prepare monthly reports.
Prepare
variance analysis
with detailed explanations and commentary.
Implement accounting
controls and Segregation of Duties (SODs)
.
Conduct regular
activity reviews
and ensure SLA adherence.
Prepare, update, and ensure compliance with
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
.
Prepare
Monthly/Quarterly Governance Decks
and management reporting.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
