We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to process EMEA payroll. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented candidate with experience in processing monthly payrolls. Key Responsibilities: Process all payroll related changes including new hires, status changes and terminations Manage payroll provider to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time Process wage assignments (child support orders, tax levies, etc) Maintain and organize payroll files Provide internal customers with outstanding customer service when responding to telephone and email requests Provide payroll-related journal entry details each month-end close Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts as required each month-end close Assist with auditor requests Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in processing payroll (Sweden Preferred) Excellent computer skills required, especially Microsoft Excel Experience with enterprise payroll systems (ADP a plus) Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Must be able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately Payroll accounting experience is a plus International payroll experience is a plus
