Job Description

Team Leader Real Estate Sales

You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing sales team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales targets
Achieve
individual sales targets
along with
team targets
on a monthly basis.
Assign leads, track daily activities, and monitor team performance
Support the team in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures
Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance feedback sessions
Handle escalated client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead flow and conversions
Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies within the team

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for site visits
