Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned cluster-level sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 78 Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) to ensure high productivity and performance. Oversee end-to-end lead management, including lead allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and closures. ¢ ¢ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and motivate the team to meet monthly sales targets. Drive B2C sales operations focused on residential real estate projects. ¢ ¢ ¢ Manage property sales activities including client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Participate in field audits to ensure compliance and process adherence. Work Schedule ¢ 6 working days per week ¢ 3 days office-based and 3 days field-based
