Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and drive performance of the B2C sales team across the Vizag zone.
• Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and market penetration targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, including CXOs, medical directors, and senior administrators.
• Ensure effective onboarding, training, and performance management of the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities within existing and new hospital partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in sales, with significant exposure to

  B2C sales leadership

  .
• Proven experience in leading large B2C sales teams at a regional or zonal level.
• Strong experience in

  stakeholder management

  , including engagement with

  CXO-level decision-makers

  .
• Excellent strategic thinking, execution capability, and people management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, insurance, or allied sectors will be an added advantage.
