Location : srikakulam Only Male Candidate ctc 4 to 7 lpa + good Incentive Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and reach objectives. Set and monitor daily sales targets for individual team members. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and applications. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve team members skills and product knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
