Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar specially for

Western Odisha.

The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring team targets are met. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and providing market insights to support sales operations. The role also involves mentoring and supporting the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Leadership and Team Management capabilities
Data Analysis and Reporting skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics, or experienced Diploma in Electrical with proven track records may apply.
Prior experience in a sales or similar role is preferred
Knowledge of the local market and ability to travel within the territory
