Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential

  clients interested in buying property

  via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Understand client needs and

  recommend suitable real estate projects

  from our developer partners in West Pune (Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi, Tathawade, etc.).

• Explain project details

  including location, amenities, pricing, floor plans, payment schemes, and possession timelines.
• Schedule and

  conduct site visits

  with clients; ensure a smooth and informative property tour experience.
• Coordinate with

  builder/developer sales teams

  during client site visits and booking formalities.

• Follow up with clients

  post site visit to handle queries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate

  CRM records

  , update lead status, and share daily/weekly reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets

  and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Stay updated with

  market trends and upcoming projects

  in West Pune to effectively guide clients.

Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (bike) & valid driving license — mandatory.

• Smartphone with internet access.
  
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  

• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years in sales or real estate

  are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
  
• Comfortable with daily travel for site visits and client meetings.
  

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary:

  15,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience).

• Incentives:

  5,000 – 30,000+ monthly (performance-based, uncapped).

• Earnings Potential (OTE):

  25,000 – 60,000+ per month.
