Relationship Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate client visits through tele-calling and follow-ups.
  
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  
• Manage channel partner & developer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  
• Conduct property site visits with clients and close sales deals.
  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  
• Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Any Graduate/ MBA preferred.

• Experience:

  0 - 2 years in Real Estate / Relationship Management / Sales

  (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Confident, goal-oriented, and ambitious personality.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must Have own 2 wheeler with driving license
