Job Description

  • The Sales Manager/Sr Manager Real Estate will independently drive residential and commercial sales, marketing, and channel strategy for Multicon Realty Ltd in Kolkata, and will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (units and value), handling key broker and channel relationships, leading project launch strategies, conducting market intelligence and pricing recommendations, forecasting, and coordinating directly with marketing, operations, legal and finance teams to ensure timely revenue delivery and future readiness for building a scalable sales organization

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, enhance project visibility and drive both residential & commercial sales from lead generation to presentations, negotiations and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, channel partners and key stakeholders; independently manage and grow the broker/channel network across Kolkata, including corporate tie-ups and referral programs.
  • Conduct continuous market intelligence on competitor pricing, offerings, absorption trends and customer behavior; provide pricing and inventory recommendations to management.
  • Plan & execute project launches and work with Marketing, Corporate Communications and Graphic Design to create promotions, digital creatives, brochures, sales collateral and site branding.
  • Drive digital and on-ground lead generation with Marketing and ensure strong conversions through a disciplined sales process and CRM utilization.
  • Track the sales pipeline, maintain MIS/CRM updates and present periodic sales reports, insights, forecasts and strategic recommendations to Management.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, legal and marketing for documentation, approvals, collections, customer handovers and project-related requirements.
  • Ensure RERA and regulatory compliance in all sales communications, disclosures and booking processes.
  • Establish basic sales processes, SOPs and frameworks required for future scaling into a structured sales team.

SKILLS

:
  • 10+ years experience in real estate sales, BD and marketing with strong knowledge of Kolkata market, sales cycles and construction-linked billing.
  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding residential & commercial sales targets with strong negotiation, presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Strong networking with HNIs, investors and channel partners; ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Exposure to digital, social media & offline marketing, along with proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint & market research tools.
  • High ownership, multitasking ability and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory); experience in firms like CBRE, JLL, C&W, Pioneer is an advantage.
