SUMMARY Job Opening: IT Team Lead Recruiter (Contract Staffing) Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore About 2COMS Group: At 2COMS, we are dedicated to finding the right talent for organizations to achieve their objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for contract staffing Assess candidates' communication and technical skills based on client requirements Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and obtain feedback on processed profiles Schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews for short-listed candidates Handle salary negotiations and finalize selected candidates Maintain recruitment details and database Manage client stakeholders Lead a team of 3 recruiters Experience: 3-5 years in domestic IT recruitment for contractual staffing and stakeholder/client management Previous experience as a senior recruiter with the willingness to grow into a team lead role Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment Strong stakeholder and client management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters Benefits Opportunity to work in a leading recruitment firm Work Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 5 days working; Monday to Friday Hike as per experience + Incentives + PF & ESIC Interested candidates can share their cv -6289477646.
