We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to anchor our technology execution across diverse functions—ranging from eCommerce and websites to eLearning platforms and automation tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development, deployment, and performance optimization of our platforms such as iLearn, digital assessments, and internal tools. The ideal candidate brings hands-on project leadership, development oversight, content lifecycle management, and experience navigating the fast-paced demands of startups and the EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities 1. Technology, Development & Product Ownership a) Oversee development and maintenance of eLearning platforms, web tools, and automation systems. b) Ensure scalability, security, and smooth functionality across all deployed systems. c) Implement emerging technologies (AI, ML, automation) to enrich learning and business delivery. d) Coordinate with developers and vendors to build new features, fix bugs, and ensure timely rollouts. 2. Team, Project & Content Management a) Lead and mentor cross-functional teams: developers, designers, eLearning specialists, and content creators. b) Manage project timelines for iLearn, eLearning modules, assessment tools, and internal dashboards. c) Introduce agile workflows and sprint cycles for enhanced collaboration and delivery. d) Manage the full content lifecycle—upload, test, update, and retire learning materials and courseware. 3. eCommerce & Digital Growth Enablement a) Work with marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and engagement across digital learning properties. b) Oversee platform optimization for SEO, lead generation, analytics, and marketing tech integrations. c) Analyze user behavior and product metrics to improve UX and drive revenue growth. 4. Startup Mindset & EdTech Awareness a) Apply startup experience to drive rapid iteration, tech agility, and resourceful execution. b) Stay updated on trends in EdTech, digital assessments, and eLearning delivery methods. c) Champion a test-learn-scale approach to product and process improvement. Key Requirements Technical & Management Expertise a) 5+ years in tech project management or digital product delivery b) Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., LearnWorlds), website CMS, and automation tools will be an advantage c) Experience with content deployment, QA testing, and platform maintenance d) Strong grasp of Project Management (like Agile/Scrum) methodologies e) Strong understanding of AI-based tools, cloud services, and security best practices Business & Revenue Focus a) Experience managing eCommerce platforms or digital monetization streams b) Data-savvy with the ability to track KPIs, funnel metrics, and tech ROI c) Ability to collaborate with marketing to scale digital growth Leadership & Strategic Thinking a) Experience working with or managing tech teams in startups or lean environments b) Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills c) Structured, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in tech project management or digital product delivery, preferably in EdTech or startup environments. • Strong understanding of LMS platforms, CMS tools, and automation systems. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex digital projects. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. • Hands-on experience with content lifecycle management and QA testing. • Knowledge of AI tools, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize platform performance. • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and leadership skills. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented approach.
