Job Description

As a Team Leader in Back Office, your primary responsibility will be managing a team of 15-20 resources. You will need to ensure day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving, while developing the team to consistently deliver superior quality. Independently handling new procedure transitions and driving a client/customer-focused approach will be essential aspects of your role. Motivating the team to achieve management goals will also be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the team to be client/customer-focused - Develop team members to ensure delivery of superior quality - Independently handle transitioning of new procedures - Take ownership of delivering service level components, quality, and targets - Track and analyze individual team members" performance - Provide effective coaching and feedback - Compile all external and internal reports - Act as the communication conduit between the team and management - Implement HR and Operations policies effectively - Manage floor operations and ensure adherence to schedules - Conduct performance feedback sessions with agents - Focus on CPM/SLA and one-to-one relationship building - Analyze process dashboards and team performance reports - Motivate associates through effective management and career development - Ensure timely submission of Operations Review - Manage attendance and attendance incentives for the team - Attain SLA through effective daily operations management - Conduct audits and provide feedback to team members - Manage the portfolio of clients Qualifications Required: - Graduation is a must - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Back Office - Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and presentation skills If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly email your resume to sandesh@amrapalisolutions.in with details of your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.,
