Team Lead

Job Summary:​

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Team Lead to manage a team of outbound sales agents for our domestic process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality standards, and meeting daily targets in a high-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Supervise, guide, and support a team of sales agents making outbound calls.​

●​ Monitor team performance and ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are achieved.​

●​ Allocate leads efficiently among team members and ensure follow-ups are timely.​

●​ Track and report lead conversion rates and suggest improvement strategies.​

●​ Provide on-the-job coaching and refresher training to bridge performance gaps.​

●​ Ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance protocols, and call quality benchmarks.​

●​ Collaborate with the Quality team to implement feedback and improve agent

performance.​

●​ Share regular performance updates and reports with the immediate manager.​

●​ Address and resolve team issues, escalations, and operational queries promptly.​

●​ Coordinate with backend/CRM teams to ensure dialer and data systems run smoothly.​

●​ Maintain team morale and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.​

Qualifications and Skills:

●​ Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team in a BPO or telesales setup.​●​ Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and customer engagement.​

●​ Good analytical skills to review performance data and improve lead ROI.​

●​ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​

●​ Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead management systems, and dialer operations.​

●​ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven role.​

●​ Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.​

●​ Adaptability and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day challenges.
