Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated
Team Lead – Inside Sales
to manage and drive a team of inside sales executives. The ideal candidate should have
strong leadership skills, a proven track record in inside sales, and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
. This role requires excellent communication, team management, and a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts to boost sales.
- Optimize CRM usage, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Handle escalations, resolve customer queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data, identify trends, and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
- Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in using CRM tools and data analytics for sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
