Job Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Search/Social Team Lead to manage and implement paid media strategies across search engines and social platforms for our clients. This role combines digital marketing expertise with team leadership, focused on driving performance through SEM, social media advertising, campaign optimization, and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, a skilled communicator, and able to lead a team to consistently deliver high-quality, data-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage cross-channel paid media campaigns across Search (Google Ads, Bing), Shopping, Video, Remarketing, and Social Media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, etc.). Lead end-to-end campaign execution , including audience targeting, ad creation, budgeting, bid management, and A/B testing of ads and landing pages. Provide ongoing optimization and performance recommendations to enhance campaign ROI and meet client KPIs. Utilize and master tools such as Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Semrush, Marin Software, Data Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint . Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable insights through weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards . Collaborate with account managers and clients to present performance results and growth opportunities. Mentor and manage a small team of paid media analysts; support their growth and ensure alignment with client goals and performance standards. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media, including platform updates and industry innovations. Contribute to developing and maintaining best practices for SEM and paid social campaigns. (Optional but preferred) Support SEO initiatives through on-page and off-page analysis, content optimization, and performance tracking. Required Skills And Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social advertising , including campaign management and performance analysis. Proven track record of managing high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn , and other social platforms. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads Editor, Bing Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio , and Excel. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and trends. Experience in team management or mentorship with a focus on performance and development. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain campaign strategies and performance to clients and stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Google Ads , Meta Blueprint , or other relevant digital marketing credentials. Experience using platforms like Marin Software, SA360 , or Semrush .
