Job Description

Job Summary:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and team objectives
Delegate tasks and set clear performance expectations
Monitor team productivity and performance through KPIs and regular feedback
Identify training needs and assist in team development plans
Act as a communication bridge between staff and management
Address team issues promptly and constructively
Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Handle administrative duties such as attendance tracking, reporting, and scheduling
Support onboarding and training of new team members

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of relevant work experience, including supervisory or team coordination roles
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Proven ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize effectively
Comfortable using tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
