Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our high- performance sales team. This is a fully sales-oriented, field-based role with leads provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, visit their preferred locations, understand their property requirements, and present suitable listings from our database. Your goal is to convert these leads into successful property sales. Key Responsibilities Own and manage sales within your assigned territory. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and prospective clients. ¢ Pitch company services, onboard clients, and drive property listings. ¢ Act on company-generated leads and contact potential clients to schedule property discussions or site visits. ¢ Visit client-preferred locations to understand their requirements and preferences. ¢ Match client needs with available property listings and recommend suitable options. ¢ Pitch and present property details persuasively to influence purchase decisions. ¢ Build trust with clients by providing clear and honest information about property specifications, pricing, and benefits. ¢ Follow up diligently and maintain a high lead conversion rate. ¢ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks. ¢ Report daily activity and client feedback to the sales manager or CRM system.
