Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Captain located in Mumbai. The Team Captain will be responsible for supervising restaurant staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Additional duties include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the kitchen staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

• Leadership and Supervisory skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Effective Team Coordination and Organizational skills
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Health & Safety Regulations
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to manage reservations and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
