Customer Service Executive TATA AIA

Process:

Eligibility:

  • HSC or Graduate in any stream
  • Versant Score 5 is mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong typing skills

Salary:

  • Fresher: 21,000 (In-hand)
  • Experienced: 25,000 (In-hand)

Shift Details:

  • Day rotational shift between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Training:

  • Paid training for 18 to 22 days

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat and voice support
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to process guidelines
  • Document interactions and update systems as required
