Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers regarding mobile, broadband, landline, SIM, and billing-related queries.
  
• Troubleshoot network issues, device configurations, broadband/router problems, and account-related concerns.
  
• Provide accurate information about plans, services, and technical procedures.
  
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to UK telecom compliance standards.
  

Upselling & Sales

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom products such as:
  
• Mobile plans & add-ons
  
• Broadband upgrades
  
• Device insurance
  
• Roaming packs
  
• Value-added services
  
• Achieve sales/upselling targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  
• Promote new offers and highlight product benefits based on customer usage patterns.
  

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent

  English communication skills

  (neutral or UK-friendly accent preferred).
• Strong customer handling, negotiation, and persuasive selling abilities.
  
• Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environments, and manage difficult conversations calmly.
  
• Willingness to work in

  UK shifts

  (night shifts) and rotational weekly offs.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer operations.
