Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Uppal Reporting To: Director Timings: 2:30PM - 11:30PM IST (Monday - Friday) Job Description W3Global is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Internal Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts for key roles including Business Development Manager, Non-IT Recruiters, and Sourcers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the staffing industry and a proven track record in identifying and engaging top talent. This role requires someone who is proactive, dynamic, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Screening Candidate Engagement Screening & Interview Coordination Stakeholder Collaboration Monitoring & Reporting Communication Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri portal and other job boards. Ability to reach out good number of candidates and set up interviews. Good oral and written communication skills and coordinate and manage interviews effectively. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
