Roles and Responsibilities:-
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, networking, and referrals.
Thoroughly understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate salaries, rates, and terms with candidates and vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
Maintain an active candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
