Job Description

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place
bench candidates
(H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, US Citizens) with
tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
.
Proactively identify opportunities by working closely with
vendors, clients, and staffing agencies
.
Utilize platforms such as
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
to promote candidates.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with
prime vendors and implementation partners
.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure prompt placement of bench candidates.
Negotiate contract rates with clients/vendors while maximizing profit margins.
Track submissions, interviews, and candidate placement progress on a regular basis.
Maintain an updated database of bench candidates and vendor contacts.
Work with consultants to
improve their resumes
and present them effectively to clients.
Ensure compliance with all recruiting and immigration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience
in
US IT Bench Sales Recruiting
.
Proven track record of successfully placing bench consultants.
Strong knowledge of
US IT staffing practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa categories
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking skills with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Ability to work independently and in a
target-driven environment
.
Experience using
ATS systems, CRM tools, and job boards
.
Must be flexible with working hours (US time zones).

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing relationships with
prime vendors and direct clients
.
Strong vendor database and ability to generate leads.
Ability to
mentor junior recruiters
if required.
