Job Description

Role Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring across diverse business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong candidate relationships, and is passionate about creating seamless hiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

Support recruitment planning aligned with business needs
Post jobs across platforms and manage sourcing channels
Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Process Coordination

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage ATS workflows and ensure data accuracy
Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination

Employer Branding

Contribute to job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
Represent the company at job fairs and virtual hiring events
Help build a strong employer brand through candidate interactions

Compliance & Reporting

Maintain recruitment dashboards and documentation

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic settings
Passion for inclusive and ethical hiring practices
