Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in lateral hiring, particularly for managerial and senior managerial positions across multiple departments. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in leveraging hiring tools to attract and onboard top talent efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial and senior managerial roles across diverse business functions.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, professional networks, and other digital hiring tools.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.

Good to Have:

• Experience in using ATS or HRIS tools (e.g., Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or Zoho Recruit).
• Strong understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage hiring for cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
