Job Overview :


Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, Naukri, and professional networks.
  • Conduct detailed assessments including resume screening, HR interviews, and reference checks.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.

2. Talent Pipelining

  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline for critical roles.
  • Engage and nurture potential candidates for future openings.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and craft precise job descriptions.
  • Advise on recruitment strategies, market trends, and suitable talent pools.
  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure alignment on expectations and timelines.

4. Candidate Experience

  • Prior recruitment experience in the

    Exhibitions / Trade Fairs industry

    .
  • 2–4 years of TA experience

    in Non-IT sectors such as Events, Media, FMCG, or Hospitality.
  • Hands-on expertise with

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS

    , Boolean search, and advanced search strings.
  • Proven ability to

    close 15+ positions per quarter

    with a

    ≤35-day turnaround time (TAT)

    .


Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT).

  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods, recruitment tools, and screening techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


Additional Skills

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet sharp deadlines.
  3. Working knowledge of key job portals and sourcing platforms.
