Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, etc.)
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to drive the onboarding process for new hires.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, in tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and HR systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, Lever, Workday).
