Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 34 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and refine job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
• Manage job postings across various job boards and source qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups for feedback.
• Track and manage shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring cycle until onboarding.
• Maintain and update the internal recruitment database with accurate candidate information and hiring details.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
• Ability to join immediately or within 7 days (preferred).
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven professional.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination with hiring managers
