Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent. Tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, providing a positive candidate experience, and assisting with employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing Skills in interviewing and candidate screening Ability to create compelling job descriptions and job postings Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role is a plus
