Onboarding & Training: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, documentation, and orientation. Organize training programs related to safety, hygiene, and patient service protocols. Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate attendance and leave records. Liaise with payroll for salary processing and resolve discrepancies.
