Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated

Talent Acquisition Specialist

responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various business units. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the complete hiring lifecycle from job requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Create and publish job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal portals, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screening & Shortlisting
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic screening to assess skills, experience, notice period, and fitment.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Selection Process Management
  • Follow up with interviewers for feedback and drive a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Negotiate salary and ensure offer fitment within company budget.
  • Offer & Onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters and manage pre-joining documentation.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to reduce drop-offs.
  • Support HR team during onboarding and induction.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain recruitment data sheets, dashboards, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
  • Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness.
  • Work on continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT/Non-IT/Mass Hiring depending on requirement).
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at the same time.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor rules.

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for IT skills/Tech roles such as Developers, Cloud, Data, QA.
  • Knowledge of ATS tools (Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, Lever).
  • Exposure to campus hiring.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
