We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate TA Specialist to support our Campus Hiring needs. This is a full-time opportunity, requiring Work From Office (WFO) attendance 6 days a week. The TA Specialist will assist in advertising job postings, gathering applications, and identifying potential mentor candidates.

To be successful as a TA Specialist, you should be eager to learn about the recruitment process and help ensure that suitable candidates are identified and engaged in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in advertising vacancies on major job posting sites and our social media platforms.
• Helping collect and review applications to shortlist candidates.
• Supporting interview scheduling and coordination with shortlisted candidates.
• Communicating with relevant team members to gather feedback on potential hires.
• Assisting in the hiring process by preparing job offers and follow-up communications.
