Role Description

This is a full-time role for an OPT Recruiter. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, specifically for OPT roles. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Additionally, the recruiter will build strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
• Prior experience working in

  night shifts

  is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) Excellent English communication
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills

• Cultural Awareness Understanding different work cultures, especially for global hiring (e.g., US, uk)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Cold Calling
• Confidentiality & Professionalism Handling candidate and company information with discretion Maintaining professionalism despite night shift fatigue or pressure
