Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resource team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of Recruitment, Onboarding, Joining documentation, Employee Engagement, Exit process & Exit Documentation, HR operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with compliance, benefits, and payroll processes and helping optimize HR systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment - which includes Posting Job requirement on Naukri & LinkedIn; Screening, Shortlisting & Scheduling the interviews
  • Maintaining the database of all the shortlisted candidates
  • Sending Offer to the selected candidates
  • Getting Joining forms filled up, collection of all documents as per checklist, verifying joining forms & documents.
  • Managing all onboarding formalities- Induction & introduction of new joinee; getting Email Id generated from IT department, coordination with IT department for all hardware and software arrangement for new joinee; Access card, ID Card arrangement; send Welcome Mail and welcome kit for new joinee
  • Issue of Employment Contract & NDA
  • Schedule & assist with preparation for events like Birthday celebration, event / festival celebration throughout the year, Rewards and recognitions.
  • Managing Exit Formalities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on server and hard copy as well.
  • Support internal and external HR processes and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Execute various employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with Exit process & Exit Documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Offboarding, Joining & Exit documentation and compliances.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office or 365.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
