Role: We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to oversee and drive operational excellence across the group organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C&B. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical, people management, and execution skills to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience Responsibilities: 1.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for compensation, and benefits across all businesses 2. Maintain and update compensation dashboards, trackers, and workforce cost models. 3. Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies in salary, benefits, and headcount data. 4. Assist in creating and updating compensation structures aligned to internal frameworks and market benchmarks. 5. Support annual and off-cycle salary review processes through analytics, budgeting inputs, and simulations. 6 Support workforce budgeting and forecasting, providing detailed cost analysis and salary projections. 7. Partner with Finance and HRBPs to ensure alignment of headcount and cost data. 8. Assist in compensation surveys, benchmarking exercises, and internal parity analysis. 9.
