Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely store opening and adherence to all standard operating procedures.
  
• Drive optimal manpower utilization with focus on team development, team building, and employee engagement.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and convenience.
  
• Manage asset maintenance, prevent losses, control pilferage, and avoid stockouts or loss of sales.
  
• Handle space management, hygiene, and safety for staff and customers.
  
• Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely flow.
  
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  
• Implement effective inventory management systems, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
