Provide hands-on guidance on retail execution, sales pitch, objection handling, and visibility standards. Performance Tracking & Evaluation Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and on-ground execution. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with ZSMs, ASMs, and Trade Marketing to align training initiatives with business goals. Behavioral & Soft Skills Training Deliver sessions on communication, negotiation, time management, customer handling, and team collaboration.
