Job Summary:

Hell Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our Modern Trade operations across the West Region. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, improve distribution and penetration, and lead a high-performing regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow revenue from assigned Modern Trade Key Accounts
• Lead new customer acquisition with a strategic product mix
• Drive both value and volume growth through improved distribution
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and planning
• Handle customer escalations and key negotiations
• Build and nurture relationships with category managers
• Collaborate closely with internal departments: Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance & HR
• Lead and mentor a team of regional executives (Gujarat, MP, Chhattisgarh)
• Create and submit periodic reports, reviews, and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA / Post Graduate in Sales or Marketing
• 5–6 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong preference for beverage industry experience
• Strong key account management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, forecasting, and planning abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to travel: ~30% inter-state, 50% intra-city

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to: National Account Manager
• Leads: Regional team across Maharashtra
